The hotel definitely showed its age with dated furnishings, and the initial impression of the room was dirty and had a noticeable odor. Despite these drawbacks, the service staff, especially Kenneth, went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The location, though needing repairs, was convenient and close to various attractions. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were plentiful.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although I ended up in a handicap room due to overbooking, which was not ideal for us since we are not handicapped. The service was good overall, although some staff seemed a bit on edge. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby shops and restaurants, but I did have to ask for sugar-free packages. The dining options were superb, offering a great variety of choices, even if not the cheapest. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay comfortable.

The rooms were spacious and had two comfortable queen-size beds, making for a cozy stay. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The dining experience was great with a variety of choices for breakfast. However, the unavailability of certain service options was a bit disappointing. Overall, a wonderful experience with incredible value for money.
